OPPM 15.1 compatibility with Primavera EPPM R8.3.X

Recently the new version of OPPM is released. The tested configuration lists out P6 EPPM R8.4.x & P6 EPPM 15.1 web services compatibility for Integration. Is the new version compatible with P6 EPPM R8.3.x ?
