WEBADI asset integrator erring while clicking LOV on location flexfield

the document reviewed 565680.1 do not fix the issue

here is the case

on location flexfield there are 2 segments. segment1 is with value_set and segment2 is with no value set and not validated.

pre-change

when double clicking on segment1 give value set and the value can be selected.

when entereing the value in segment completes with no error.

Post-change

unfreezed the location flexfield. changed segment1 to another value set and changed the segment2 to a new value set and compiled. both segment 1 & 2 were working.

realized later that we need to revert back to the old setup as in prechang. compiled the flexfield and freezed.
