MFS Laptop Personalizations

Is it possible to use the Personalization function (Mobile Field Service Developer) to set a section in MFS to always be expanded? In our case we would like to always expand the Service Request details section in the Task Details page. Looking at it I can only see where I can change labels, hide items or sections and reposition items or sections.
