Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. OT messages too long to process in E1 9.1

Hi,

When I process the OT messages it takes 5 mins for the orders to get generated.

When I use the same versions as in P3411 and do a manual ST/OT it is created instantly.

Did any one encountered this situation? and the reason why?
