Upgrading from 11.2.0.3 to 11.2.0.4 windows Active Data Guard physical Standby

Hello -
Does a step by step guide on how to upgrade Oracle with a physical Standby exists? I followed instructions in "Oracle Data Guard Concepts and Administration Guide", section B.2 Upgrading Oracle Database with a Physical Standby Database in Place. Something is missing or I mis-interpreted steps as presented. When I went to open the Standby after Primary was upgraded I get this error:
