Error in PopUp's on sitemap view in IP2014/IP2015 but same works in IP2013

Help > About View is not working on siteMap in IP2014 and IP2015. In IP2013 its shows the details of last view i.e. from where we navigated to sitemap

In toolbar we have a custom search feature (binocular image at the left) where we display a VBC Pop Applet.  It’s coming up in perfectly IP2013 on sitemap. But its distorted in IP2014/IP2015. PFA screenshots.

Any idea, why there is difference in behaviour between versions. Also is it a Product bug?
