Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Can I start a Single Instance EE database one node1 if node2 is down due to hardware failure.

After bouncing node2 on my ODA X5-2, it will not start back up do to hardware failure.

Am I able to move a Single Instance EE database created and hosted on node2 to node1?
