Defaulting the Terms and Conditions in Lease Contracts

Dear All,


We are using Oracle Lease Management 12.1.3.

There are some set of Terms and Conditions which are common for all the Contracts.

When User creates the Contract, user has to manually add all the Terms and Conditions to the contract and change the values. which is a time consuming process.

Is there any way to default the Terms and Condition of the Contract, so that as and when user creates a new contract either from Lease Application or a manual Contract these Terms and Conditions gets defaulted?


I even tried creating Contract Template which we can apply to the contracts but is not allowing me to create the Contract Template and showing the below error..
