Oracle Mobile Approvals for eBS

I am configuring and testing Oracle Mobile Approvals for eBS for 12.1.3. All required patches have been applied and i have been able to test few scenarios successfully.

For one particular user, i am unable to see the approval notifications from the mobile app. I can see all notifications for this user in oracle ebs and able to approve / reject as well.

I am unable to figure out why this is so ? Any insight / ideas will be helpful.
