Would like receive comments on impact of Oracle RAC due to SAN storage migration ?

We are planning for a SAN storage migration from HP SAN EVA 8100 to new HP SAN 3PAR.

Currently 11.2.0.2 database is running with 11.2.0.2 Grid Infrastructure  and underlying Solaris Cluster QFS file system.

Would like to know if there any specific kernel parameter settings required for 3par storage which affects performance.

Also due to this SAN storage migration, any impact or changes required in Oracle Grid Infrastructure.

Please note that, Solaris cluster QFS file system is being used for shared storage on database. Oracle Grid maintains the services.

Appreciate your comments or suggestions.

Note: We are using Oracle E-Biz 12.1.3 application
