Spare Requirement Button not working in Debrief

Hi,

We have a created a part requirement  and  material are shipped to the technician, after there is no material lines is being populated when clicking on the spares requirement button in debrief.

We are using R 12.1.3 and  following patches we have applied  which has recommended by Oracle for part requirement HTML . after applying patch we are facing this issue.
