How to hide subclause information in the Table Of Contents (TOC) in Contract Terms (OKCTERMS_en.xsl

Hi,

The Oracle Contract Terms Template (OKCTERMS_en.xsl) is the seeded layout template and we need to customize the layout to meet below requirement in R12.1.3.

A) Sub clauses details are not required in Table of Contents.

Eg:

In standard template Table of contents are capturing clause & sub clause information like below.

1. Compenation

     1.1) Comp_Considerations

     1.2) Comp_Service

2. Invoice & Payments

     2.1)

Requirement is to exclude sub clause information like.

1. Compenation

2. Invoice & Payments

In first page We want to add additional information like below:

     MASTER SERVICE AGREEMENT

     Dated as of [Month] [Date], [20__]

     Between

     A

     and

     B

Please suggest me how to achieve these customizations.
