How do I clear the data of a measure for particular position?

How do I clear the data of a measure for particular position? For example, in MFP, there is a measure named MPCpEOPR which has the base intersection of Month, Department & Area. I would like to make the value for this measure to zero for all the Departments and Area for the Month of July. Can you please suggest how this task can be achieved?
