ACME SBC local policy for multiple vendors

Hi,

I am working on a configuration where I have connected 2 ACME SBCs.  Now I need to change calls routing from SBC B.  Here is the call flow:-

Current call flow:-

Verizon SIP trunk =>SBC B ==> calls to vendor via session manager

New call flow:-

Verizon SIP trunk ==> SBC B ==>  All calls should route to newly built SIP trunk from SBC B to SBC A except calls to specific vendor with code 16 should follow the existing setup

Please note that I can see connection is UP from SBC B to SBC A.

I have configured test scenario in production system.  I can see test call has hit to production VZ sip trunk, with RURI= 8259291 which is test but that call never took the newly configured SIP trunk to route to SBC A.
