Copy application in 11.1.2.4

Hello,

i was wandering whether there is the possibility to use the copy application utility in version 11.2.4 of financial management. i know it is not available inside the software, but is it possible to get a package containing it that works as a standalone software? i tried using the lcm and the application snapshot function, but it doesn't work. the copy application utility on the other hand never faild with the same applications (i upgraded from 11.1.2.2 to 11.1.2.4).

I also saw that a lot of people is having issues with applications snapshots and is asking for the copy application utility. Any chance you can help me?
