How to Enable EnableHierarchy in ApplyExternalPromotionUpgrades

Hi,

How can we allow addition of Child Products of Promotion Products i.e Enable Hierarchy in method "ApplyExternalPromotionUpgrades" of BS "ISS Promotion Management Service" while performing Upgrade Promotion.
