Automatic rerating for ECE rated events to handle disconnection of free minutes discount mid-month

Customer is granted 100 free minutes for the Jan month (through a Monthly cycle forward product on 01-Jan). The customer has consumed all the 150 free minutes by 10-Jan. All his CDRs are rated and discounted. On 15-Jan, he disconnects the discount suddenly. Now, ideally he is eligible for around 75 free Mins only for the Jan month (as per the proration rule). Is it possible to let the BRM or ECE to execute automatic re-rating for all the already rated (and discounted) events and associate charges for the remaining 75 mins which was actually not eligible for the discounts?
