Connection failed for port in MSCA

HI all:

I am not sure if this is the correct forum to post this question. But I didn't find a category for mobile application.

Anyway, We have started up the mobile application with the port, mwactl.sh says the server started up successfully. But when connecting through mobile GUI interface, it is showing error. I found a note in the site 1902479.1, however, this note is for EBS version 12.2.3. We use version 12.2.4. Not sure if this error still applies to us. If not, how can I go about diagnose the issue. Where else should I look? Gurus, Please advise. Thank you.
