How to find out the Linux Kernel Relase date

Hello:

I am new to Linux administration and I would like to know the release date of latest kernel, basically I can get the version information by running the YUM update.  Butt I don't know when was the new kernel update was released.

Please let me know where and how I can find the release date of latest kernel update.
