copy files

We are in JDE 9.1 and tool 9.1.2.3. We have a requirement to copy a file in IFS location into Windows location. If I know the command to copy from AS400 IFS location to windows location I can insert it into my report and execute through business function. I am just wondering whether it is doable. Alternatively if its doable we can copy the data from the file in ifs location to a temporary table. The file maybe in text comma delimited. We can use tc to do this task. Please assist.
