Unable to see pdf output when submitted as part of document set

Hi,

I have a requirement to print a shipping document ( BI Publisher report) as part of a document set which is triggered during pick release. The problem is I am not able to see the PDF output of the concurrent program when the report is triggered as part of a document set (Shipping reports documents in Oracle Apps), but the program completes normal and I am only able to see the XML output. On the contrary when I run the report standalone everything works normal and I am able to see the output in PDF.

This is a Data Template BI Publisher report which I am trying to create on a Oracle Apps 11.5.10 instance, Oracle XML Publisher 5.6.3 and 11g DB.
