ASCP Scrollbar issue

Has anyone encountered a scrollbar issue when 'Access Pegging' is enabled for a ASCP responsibility? Since removing the menu exclusion, one click on the scrollbar in ASCP Supply/Demand form retrieves many pages of records. Adding back the menu exclusion returns the planner workbench functionality to retrieve one 'page' of records per click. Has anyone encountered this one?
