How to reduce messages in log file specified by INV: Debug file ?

Hi All,

    I'm facing a problem that a large log file is produced in our database server under /usr/tmp and we find out that this log file path is specified by INV: Debug file option.

    How can I reduce messages that are written to this file or what profile options should i disable to reduce debug information ?
