WCC | Alternate file File is stored with dDocName instead of original file name

The alternate files uploaded to WCC  are stored with dDocName and original file name is lost, when user download the pdf files,using download applet (bulk download) it is very difficult to identify the files as it dDocName.Extension.

How this feature can be changed so that alternate files are stored with original fileName?

Can this be achieved via Rules??
