How To Remove Duplicate Rows Generated by eText template

Hi,

I'm receiving below output from an extext template.

I tried using distinct_values(fieldname) for different values but still the output shows duplicate rows.

Could you pls let me know the instruction to remove the duplicate rows using this function? Incase if I need to use Display condition, what exactly should I be giving in the condition to remove these duplicate row?
