How to create KFF LOV in WEBADI oracle apps version 12.2.4

I am using BNE_INTEGRATOR_UTILS.CREATE_CCID_KFF its working fine. But only problem is it is mandatory to give all segments values. Is there any other way of creating a webadi LOV.
