Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small in Package hr_objective

When I enter the objective details , I am getting the below error message.

ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small in Package hr_objective

How do I identify or debug from which field this error is occurring from.
