Finance Best Practices and a Global Design document with deliverables

Hi

Has anyone in the community ever performed a global design model as we have to prepare one which will lay out the roadmap for global processes. I am looking for the finance deliverables for AP AR GL FA and a guide to designing the template. Also required are templates/flows for JDE best practices e.g high level process flows for AP aR etc. Would anyone have a link to these flows or can provide an example of global design
