After IP2015 upgrade Object Managers won't start

I've updated CRM from IP2014 to IP2015. All went fairly well. The Siebel server starts, but none of the Object Managers or Custom Component will start. They stay in "Not Online" status.


This is on Redhat Linux, and Oracle 11.2 database.

Any ideas or where to look?
