While starting adminserver getting error Error Starting server AdminServer: weblogic.nodemanager.NME

Following note 1617461.1 to apply Ad and TXK patches and trying to start adminserver, applied fix as per notes

Error Starting server AdminServer: weblogic.nodemanager.NMException: Exception while starting server 'AdminServer' (Doc ID 1906029.1)

     Adadminsrvctl.sh Doesn't Start WLS Server (Doc ID 1906205.1)

    

But still getting the following error

NMProcess: INFO: Server output log file is '/fa5db/app122/fs1/FMW_Home/user_projects/domains/EBS_domain_FA5DB/servers/AdminServer/logs/AdminServer.out'

NMProcess: <Sep 1, 2015 1:21:37 PM> <INFO> <EBS_domain_FA5DB> <AdminServer> <Server failed during startup so will not be restarted>

NMProcess: Sep 01, 2015 1:21:37 PM weblogic.nodemanager.server.AbstractServerManager log

NMProcess: INFO: Server failed during startup so will not be restarted
