how to find oracle 32-bit client for windows 64-bit os

p10404530_112030_WIN_32bit_client , I got this is 32-bit for 64-bit os but oracle meatlink is not showing up this software ? how and where to find the 32-bit clinet software for 64-bit windows or linux  .

I know below link is for 64-bit client for 64-bit os
