RCU for 12C Database Download

Looking for RCU download to use with a 12c database and Primavera CM 14.2. Support has informed us that the 11g will not work. Research indicates Version 12c does not have a standalone RCU and need to download Fusion Middleware Infrastructure which I can't find either. Plenty of documentation to install however can't find the software download. Any help would be appreciated.
