Issue with POXML - sporadic delayed delivery to the vendor

Hello all,

We have been experiencing the issue that the POXML is generated successful but sporadic delayed to send PO to the vendor (GuyBrown). Per DBA investigation, the ECX Queue enqueue time is using GMT which is + 4-5 hours.   Setting the Site profile Client Timezone  to EST   (which is same as Server Timezone) did not work.

Any idea for this issue?
