Accessing JDE on Mobile Device expecting Quick Links menu receiving full desktop menu

We have tried accessing several mobile devices both android and iphone and we were expecting the quick links menu to appear when we access JDE but always receive the full desktop menu.   No error's received.    Any ideas on why this is?  We are ISeries AS400 Database.
