How to enable Help Text for Agile PLM Attributes ?

Hi,

I was wondering for any Agile PLM OOTB feature / Configuration availability which can enable display of help text when the attributes will be moused over.

As an example, if we have an Item Title Block attribute 'Color', having Description in Java Client as : "This attribute specifies color of  the product" , can we see the same description in Web UI when this attribute will be hovered ?
