Enrollment Code to allow elections to "rollover" to new plan year?

We use EBS 12.1.3, Std Benefits, and Self-Service

Historically, we've always required explicity elections during Open Enrollment for all benefits. New for the 2016 Plan Year, we would like to allow current elections (other than FSA) to roll over to the new plan year.

Our support team claims that this should be done automatically as they have to run a specific process to remove employees' current elections. Unfortunately, when testing in Self-Service, current employee elections are not showing up in a 2016 session date.

At the program level, we have an enrollment rule of: Current, Can Keep or Choose; New, Can Choose. We do not have any Enrollment Codes set up at the Plan Type or Plan level.
