Siebel Keyboard short cut key to go to last set of records CTRL+ALT+L not working

Hi All,

For some reason one of our Keyboard shortcut CTRL+ALT+L to go to the last set of records in the applet is not working in IE 11.

There is a business requirement why we need to have this, users using in HI mode often use scroll in the popup applets to go to the last set of records in the popup applet, we are in a transition phase from HI to Open UI, now users want a similar functionality in Open UI. Unfortunately in Open UI it is not possible thus as a workaround we thought of using keyboard shortcut. As per bookshelf keyboard shortcut to go to last set of records can is CTRL+ALT+L but this does not work.
