R31802A not creating Journal Entries or giiving us errors

R31802A not creating Journal Entries or giiving us any errors.  Checked that all items in  the BOM had Frozen Costs.  DMAAI maybe incorrect but there, Cost Type are there and  checked and ran the like version of R31802A in the DV environment that runs correctly with DV- Pristine Data.  Don't know what else to check except maybe running the version the doesn't produce output in logging mode and compare log to the DV one that does?
