Apex 5 Universal Theme interactive report subscription - no attachement

I have migrated to Application Express 5.0.1.00.06

on Oracle 11.2.0.3

and now there is a problem with the interactive report subscription:

there is no attachement anymore if the underlying application uses the Universal Theme

It happens for instance

- when I use subscription of feedbacks in Team Development or

- in my own application migrated from theme 24 to Universal Theme.

But subscriptions of other applications with older themes are  still correct inclusive attachement.
