How to implement functionality like Browser Back button in Siebel Open UI Mobile Application?

In Siebel Open UI Mobile Application (Ip2013), we have vanilla Back button(Toggle Control) on top of the detail view in Portrait mode in for Cell Phone, which toggles the content of view.

Can anyone suggest how to make that toggle button to work as "Browser Back" button, so that in click on the button application will navigate to previous view?

Or can anyone suggest how can we configure functionaly like Thread bar in mobile application?
