Product Configurator - Radio Hover

Hi

We have a requirement where we need to display some description(stored on product BC field) when user hovers over a Bundle product in configuration session.

also we need to include a your savings kind of thing which would be difference between individual price of parts in bundle and bundle as whole.

Can someone guide how this can be achieved ?
