Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi

In vanilla Catalog Category view (Browse Catalog View) in OUI, we see tree in collapsed by default.

We need to make sure it is expanded by default and no need of collapse.

also when someone changes Catalog on top catalog drop down all categories in the new catalog should be expanded by default.
