Deleting Planning Applications

Hi,

We have three planning applications created under the same user (e.g DBUSER) which we now realise it was not correct and should have been created under different db users as they share the same calendar and other tables.

If I want to delete one of them will it delete the other two or will causes any issues or corruption?
