PDOI Invalid CATEGORY_ID

I am running the PDOI to insert new lines onto an existing Purchase Order.

I populate the PO Interface tables accordingly and this all works fine except for some Orders I am getting the following error: -

     PO_PDOI_INVALID_CATEGORY_ID

I have checked the CATEGORY_ID against the MTL_CATEGORIES_B table and they all exist and are valid.

Can someone please advise why I am getting this error?
