BEA-002919 unable to find a Work Manager

Hi all,

I try to start WebLogic 12.1.3 on Eclipse (it works before the issue...) and get the follwoing error:

BEA-002919 unable to find a Work Manager...

Server can not start and Eclipse shows the following message:

User 'principal=[weblogic, Administrators] has adminiistrtion role. All tasks by administrators must go through an Administration Port]

What is wrong?
