I have an issue when trying to load XML data or edit a template. I get the following message: "Could

I have the following set up on my machine > 64 bit operating system > 64 bit Microsoft Office Word > Java 8 build 45 (64 bit) > BI Publisher 11.1.1.9.0 64 bit. I was told to revert back to 32 bit but that would not be an option for me. I am an nVision developer and that requires 64 bit.
