Initial Mass Copy Error- 'MRC functionality is not available for assets using guarantee rate methods

I have a created a secondary ledger and attached it to Japan Tax Book (Primary ledger do not have any reporting currency). When running the initial mass copy program for Japan tax book receiving the error of 'MRC functionality is not available for assets using guarantee rate methods'.

Please suggest.
