Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Q. If I have an Explain Plan,what metric should I be looking at in order to improve the Sql Code ?

Q. How would I know that my code has been optimised as best as possible ?
