Execute Batch file from FDMEE Event (using Jython)

Hello Experts -

The problem I am trying to solve is as follows:

  • I have a batch script external to FDMEE which performs the following steps
    • Move file from inbox location to archive folder
    • Rename file to indicate time/datestamp

  • The script alone works fine, what I want to do is to call the script after the FDMEE job is run (AftCheck)
    • I believe this should be fairly simple to achieve using Jython, however I haven't been able to find the proper syntax for calling my batch file.  If anyone out there can point me in the right direction, it would be greatly appreciated.  Apologies in advance if I've overlooked an obvious answer.
