PSU patch apply to GI and DB in a Data Guard configuration

Oracle Grid Infrastructure 12.1.0.2.4  - ASM, Listener, Oracle Restart is configured

Oracle RDBMS 12.1.0.2.4

Oracle RDBMS 11.2.0.4

I am planning PSU for JUL2015 and have these questions.  I have an open SR but am having trouble getting my point across. 

Server A - staging

Oracle GI 12.1

Oracle DB 12.1

Oracle DB 11.2

Server B - dev / acc / standby

Oracle GI 12.1

Oracle DB 12.1  (dev/acc/sby)

Server C - dev / acc / standby

Oracle GI 12.1

Oracle DB 11.2

Server D prod

Oracle GI 12.1 

Oracle DB 12.1

Server D prod

Oracle GI 12.1

Oracle DB 11.2

In cost-cutting measures we've consolidated servers, so have combined our standby database on our dev and acc server.
